At Cardcenter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags. If your new outfit isn't a perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick and easy return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Cardcenter account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the original, unworn clothing with all designer tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the garments, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
